ATTRACTIONS - Among the attractions in the city, the Colorado Railroad Museum and the Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave shine brightly. The city is particularly famous for housing the renowned Coors Brewery as well as a plethora of craft breweries, making it a central hub for beer enthusiasts. For the archeologists in your family, Golden provides an abundance of sites containing fossils dating back over 100 million years. Furthermore, Golden is home to the prestigious Colorado School of Mines.
EVENTS - Throughout the year, Golden is a host to various events celebrating its heritage and community spirit. The Buffalo Bill Days festival, Bluegrass Festival, and the delightfully furry Golden Retriever Day, where an army of golden retrievers and their owners gather to explore the town.
CONCERTS - There is also the unforgettable ambiance of the nearby Red Rocks Amphitheatre - a world-class concert venue, nestled between two colossal red sandstone monoliths. Over the years, Red Rocks has hosted iconic performances by legendary groups such as the Beatles and Jimi Hendrix.
GOLF - My favorite course in the area is the Fossil Trace Golf Club that is conveniently located a half mile away. This public course offers breathtaking views of the surrounding terrain, characterized by unique rock formations and remnants of dinosaur fossils scattered throughout the grounds.
DOWNTOWN - While exuding a small-town ambiance, Golden is conveniently located a short drive away from downtown Denver. This proximity grants visitors easy access to urban amenities and entertainment options.

"My husband, baby, and I had such a great experience over our short stay. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the town of Golden and this condo is in a perfect location. It's close enough to be part of the action, yet far enough to provide privacy.
The condo itself is inviting. You can tell that every detail was thoughtfully selected. From the décor to the amenities, we felt right at home. They have a coffee/tea station, snacks, and all of the appliances/utensils we needed. They even have children’s supplies such as a pack and play and a high chair...

The location was a walkable distance to downtown Golden, but located in a quiet area right next to a school. Grocery stores right across the street. Plenty of shopping for tourists and restaurants. The apartment looked brand new, very clean, and very organized. The host was responsive immediately upon contact. Would come back!
